ONE TAKE.
TEN MINUTES.
PUBLISHED.
GREENLIGHT · IDEA TO PRODUCTION · ONE PIPELINE
Record once. Say "Edit" when you flub a line. About ten minutes later you have a finished video, social clips, a judged thumbnail, and a description — for $2–$24 in run costs. The same edit from a human costs $100–$1,500. Per video. Forever.
INVOICE — FREELANCE POST-PRODUCTION
RENDER RECEIPT — GREENLIGHT.session
Publish twice a week and the old way runs $10,400–$156,000 a year. Greenlight is $1,995 once, plus a few dollars per video on your own accounts.
It pays for itself somewhere between your second video and your twentieth.
YOUR JOB 3 MOVES · NO EDITOR · EVER
RECORD
Talk to the camera like you always do. Flub a line? Say "Edit" and keep talking. That’s the entire skill.
DROP IT IN
Hand the file to your AI. One sentence: "Run this through Greenlight."
APPROVE
Watch the finished video. Say "ship it." That’s the only editing decision you make.
You never open a timeline. You never scrub a waveform. You never export.
GREENLIGHT'S JOB RUNS UNATTENDED · ~10 MIN
Finds every retake across the whole recording, keeps your best version, strips filler and dead air.
Puts the pages and videos you mention on screen, on exactly the words that reference them.
Cuts up to 16 social clips. Complete arguments, measured framing, captions burned in.
Composes it in pieces, scores it with vision judges, regenerates until it passes.
Writes the description and chapters in your channel’s format, every link checked.
Checks frames, sentences, loudness, and privacy against the actual rendered file.
Stages video, clips, thumbnail, and description for your one-word approval.
EDIT KEYWORD DETECTION
One spoken word flags a retake. The system finds every version of that idea across the whole recording, including ones you never flagged, and keeps only your best.
RENDER VALIDATION
Every export is checked frame by frame. Variable frame rates, gaps, and freezes fail the export before anyone sees it.
SPEECH DIFF
The rendered audio is transcribed and compared against the intended cut. A swallowed sentence-ending blocks upload.
PRIVACY SCAN
AI watches and listens to the final cut for anything that should not go public. Addresses, invoices, credentials. You get timestamps and rule on them.
CLIP ENGINE
Complete-argument selection, speaker centering measured in pixels, widescreen for screen-share stretches, karaoke captions.
THUMBNAIL JUDGE
Headshot, artwork, and typography produced separately, merged, then scored by independent vision judges. Only the failing piece regenerates.
LOUDNESS LOCK
Delivery-spec loudness with adaptive speech leveling, so your voice sits level with any clip you embed. No clipping.
HUMAN GATE
Every workflow ends at a review state. Nothing renders final, uploads, or publishes until you explicitly say go.
Most AI video tools hand you output and hope. Every gate below exists because that failure shipped once on a real channel, got caught, and became permanent. The file does not move until the board is green.

What actually arrives when I buy?
A complete skill bundle for your AI: the workflows, the vendored tools, config templates, full documentation of every workflow and integration, and an installer written for your AI to execute. You drop it into your harness and your AI takes it from there.
What do I need to run it?
An AI harness (built for Claude Code; comparable agent harnesses work), a Descript account with Underlord access for the cutting engine, a Google Gemini API key for the vision and privacy passes, and standard local tools: bun, ffmpeg, whisper, ImageMagick. Optional: YouTube API access for publishing, ElevenLabs for the pronunciation module.
Do you see my footage?
No. Everything runs on your machine and your accounts. There is no Greenlight server, no telemetry, and no cloud of ours in the path.
Do I need editing skills?
No. The editing convention is one spoken word. If you can talk to a camera and say "Edit" when you flub a line, the pipeline does the rest and shows you the result for approval.
Is this a subscription?
No. $1,995 once. Your keys, your accounts, your files.
Who is licensed to use it?
One license, one creator. Greenlight installs into your AI harness and runs your channel. It is not a team or agency license.
Do I get updates?
You get the version you buy, complete and self-contained. Future versions are separate releases.
Refunds?
All sales final. The requirements are listed in full above and the bundle includes a Doctor command that checks your machine — read the requirements before buying.
What does a video actually cost to run?
Roughly $2–$24 in model and API costs on your own accounts, depending on length and how many pieces you generate — clips, thumbnail variants, enhancement captures. Your Descript subscription is separate; you likely have one already if you make videos.
Why one price when editors charge per video?
Because per-video pricing never ends. An editor at $100–$1,500 a video costs you five to six figures a year at a real publishing cadence. Greenlight is the post-production department, purchased once.
